HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Browse the list of available locations below.

  2. Reservations can be placed up to 60 days in advance. You can make your reservation online, or call the library to make one over the phone. (610-696-7985)

  3. “Pick-Up Passes” must be picked up and returned to the West Chester Public Library main or Children’s circulation desk during regular business hours. Do not drop the passes in the outside book drops, or at any other Chester County library. Check out a pass at the Children’s circulation desk on Day 1. Return the pass to the main or Children’s circulation desk before closing on day 3.

  4. The late fee for “Pick-Up Passes” is $25 per day. Passes need to be returned on time so others may use them. Thank you for your consideration of others who are waiting to use the pass.

  5. Lost pass fees depend on the price of the museum pass. The cost for each pass ranges from $100 to $300.

  6. “Print and Go Passes”: There is no need to come to the library to check these passes out and nothing to return! Enjoy the convenience of printing them from your home printer after reserving them. Passes must be used on the day for which it is reserved.
